Job Description
- Understand the Requirements from the client validate.
- Development of automation script using TypeScript.
- Migration of scripts from Protractor JavaScript to WDIO TypeScript
- Effective utilization of existing framework methods to avoid code repetition.
- Effective maintenance of Test Plan, Defect Tracking in the ADO.
- Collaborating with developers to expose the Application API and Azure AppInSights.
- Maintaining the Smoke/Sanity Azure pipelines and ensure application stability.
- Should participate in Daily Scrum, Grooming and Retro meetings.
Education and experience:
- A Bachelor/masters degree in IT related and minimum of 7+ years experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation frameworks BDD Cucumber - WebDriverIO
- Should have extensive knowledge of full software development lifecycle and testing procedures.
- Good Experience in Automation Testing Concepts
- Expertise in JavaScript TypeScript
- Good experience with Automation UI and API Testing
- Understanding of RESTFUL and SOAP API testing and supporting testing tools.
- Hands on experience in developing test plans and strategies for testing web applications .
- Comprehensive knowledge of performing end to end testing enterprise applications - UI and backend technologies.
- Experience in creating Test Scenarios and Testcase Preparation
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Experience in using Azure DevOps.
- Should have experience with Cosmos Db.
- Should be able to understand the Requirements from the client validate.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with the client.
- Should be a good team player and should be able to collaborate with Dev, QA and business management.
