This is Ria from FFI-Mumbai; we have an opportunity for Vip Support Engineer with our Client
Experience: 2+ yrs
Skill: Working As VIP Support Engineer
MacBook Support | VIP User Support | Aplication
Support | MacBook Format and Configuation | Install Application & Troubleshoot | JAMF, MDM, Self Service | Outlook Configuration
on Mac | Printer Installation | Mac OS, Windows 10/11, Outlook, MS Office, MS Teams, ZScaler, Symentec, Cortex XDR, ArconGRA.
MacBook Support & Troubleshooting:- Diagnose and resolve all MacBook-related hardware and software issues | Perform system
formating, OS Installation and updates for Mac devices | Manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity issues and network access
problems.
Application & Security Management:- Support and troubleshoot application using Zscaler, Symentec and ForScout | Resolve Outlook-
related issues, including .PST and .OLM file management | Ensure compliance with enterprise security policy through security tool
monitoring.
Mac MDM (JAMF) & Endpoint Management:- Manage Mac devices using Jamf for profile configuration and software deployment |
Monitor and maintain endpoint security compliance across Mac devices.
Active Directory & User Account Management:- Unlock and reset Read-Only Access accounts in Active Directory as part of daily
operations | Assist users with login issues, permissions and authentication problems.
Notice period: Immediate
Job location: Pune (Mulshi)
CTC to be offered: up to 51000 per month
