Desired Candidate Profile

MUST HAVE

Strong Program Management experience, minimum 5+ years as PM.

Should have delivered end to end Greenfield development projects, at least in the range of $1MN+ in Fixed Price/Deliverable based models

Strong stakeholder management experience. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Should have managed a team of 30+ at offshore

Must have experience in delivering projects in iterative and Agile-SCRUM methodology

Solid experience in Risk, issue and Change management

Good Knowledge/working exp on Insurance domain.

Well versed with Project management tools like MPP, JIRA, TFS etc.

GOOD TO HAVE

Hands on experience in .NET/digital technologies is good to have

PMP certified or Certified Scrum Master

Prior onsite experience in client facing roles
