We are hiring Technology Program Manager - Payments & Technology Solutions who can join us in short notice.
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Mumbai
Notice: 0 to 30 days
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand CBDC requirements, translate them into detailed functional specifications, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- System Design & Implementation: Design and oversee the implementation of CBDC systems, including infrastructure, data flow, security protocols, and integration with existing financial systems.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the reliability and security of CBDC systems, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and functional issues related to CBDC systems, providing strategic solutions to ensure system integrity and high data quality.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide technical support to end-users and business teams, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the CBDC solution.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in CBDC technology and related regulatory frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, Go), knowledge of blockchain technologies, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and database systems.
- Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of CBDC-related concepts, such as digital currency, distributed ledger, payment systems, and financial regulations.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership skills, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience in managing large and complex projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical and functional issues.
