We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service across various communication channels.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails/chats professionally.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
*Key Requirements:*
Strong communication skills in English and Local Language.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle customer queries efficiently.
