Lead Quality Engineer - Automation Testing @ LTIMindtree

Job Description

You will be responsible for creating well-structured and detailed test plans, developing test cases, and being a part of the agile sprint team. This involves developing integration and unit test cases, automating running them in parallel with feature development, assisting in demo preparation, integration, and release readiness. Additionally, you will establish test automation frameworks to execute tests on demand and nightly basis, and implement code coverage measurements. Your role will also include developing test cases. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in developing test cases for backend, web-based, and mobile applications. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Gitlab, willingness to learn new tools/processes, expertise in web automation frameworks using Playwright, and mobile automation frameworks like Appium are required. Proficiency in Core Java, Jscript, and Object-Oriented Programming techniques is essential. Experience in leading a team is preferred. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and automating test cases/frameworks for SaaS-based products. Any expertise in the Supply Chain domain, Cloud technologies, working with embedded devices, or testing wireless and networking products would be advantageous. This position is an IC+Lead role, offering an opportunity to contribute significantly to the testing and quality assurance processes.,
