Job Description
- You will be responsible for conducting thorough manual testing of software applications to identify bugs and ensure product quality. This includes creating and executing detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans. You will also document and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. In addition, you will develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using appropriate tools, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing. You will identify areas for automation within the testing process to improve efficiency and coverage. As a Testing Engineer, you will design and execute performance tests to assess system scalability, reliability, and performance. Analyzing performance test results, you will identify bottlenecks and performance issues, collaborating with development teams to implement necessary improvements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing and configuring AWS cloud testing environments, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and security. Regular maintenance and updates to the testing infrastructure will be part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and plans that align with project goals and timelines. Collaboration with project managers, developers, and stakeholders is essential to integrate testing activities effectively into the project lifecycle. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in manual testing, automation testing, and performance testing is required. A strong understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure management is essential, along with proficiency in automation testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG, as well as experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to develop and implement effective testing strategies and plans are also necessary for this role.,
