Job Description
- As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role will be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating the architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings in the technology domain. Additionally, you will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Your responsibilities will include leading and guiding your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. You will play a key role in building efficient programs/systems and contributing to the digital transformation journey of our clients. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of multiple technologies, basics of architecture and design fundamentals, testing tools, and agile methodologies. Understanding of project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes, and the business domain is essential. Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills are also crucial. You should possess a good understanding of technology and the domain, along with the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods. Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends is important, and you should have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
