Job Description

    As a member of the Support organization, your main focus is to provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, acting as a dedicated advocate for their needs. Your responsibilities include addressing non-technical customer inquiries through phone and electronic channels, as well as handling technical questions related to the use and troubleshooting of Electronic Support Services. Serving as a key point of contact for customers, you play a crucial role in fostering customer relationships with Support, offering guidance to internal Oracle employees on various customer scenarios and escalated issues. In this role, you will serve as a Support Engineer, serving as the technical liaison for customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to resolve problems related to the installation, maintenance, and utilization of Oracle products. Your primary objective will be to assist customers reaching out to the Oracle Solution Center while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in alignment with established guidelines, predominantly through electronic channels. You will collaborate closely with senior support engineers and management, receiving general guidance and working independently in certain instances. Solutions may require time for development through research, collaboration, or problem replication. Candidates with a BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent qualification are preferred, although other qualifications alongside relevant experience will be duly considered.
