Job Description
- As a Process Engineer at Birla Cellulosic, Kharach, you will be responsible for utilizing your knowledge of mass transfer, heat transfer, pumps, compressors, and evaporators to optimize process efficiency and productivity. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance overall process performance while identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Your day-to-day tasks will involve monitoring and analyzing process parameters to ensure optimal equipment performance, troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues in a timely manner, and conducting regular inspections and maintenance of process equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling manpower effectively, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the process department. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and sustainability initiatives, provide guidance and support to the process team, and conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the process personnel. Your contribution will be instrumental in maintaining Birla Cellulosic's reputation for delivering high-quality products and solutions to its customers.
