Mandatory Technical Skill

• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Azure Monitor/AppInsights /Perfmon.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and performance testing.
• Familiarity with database performance testing and SQL.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Additional Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Performance testing
• Experience of Performance testing tools like NeoLoad or Load Runner

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement performance testing frameworks and strategies.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in test automation best practices.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve test automation processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in test automation.
