We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, microservices, and databases. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will design, develop, and scale applications, mentor junior developers, and drive projects from scratch to deployment.Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to end-to-end development across frontend, backend, and database.
Build and scale React.js applications with a focus on performance (useMemo, lazy loading, code splitting, etc.).
Build and scale Node.js backend services with performance optimization (async programming, clustering, caching, load balancing, connection pooling, etc.).
Expertise in preparing both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for new features and modifications.
Develop and integrate REST APIs & microservices with Node.js and Express.js.
Design & optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Ensure API performance, scalability, and security (OAuth2/JWT, encryption).
Drive the SDLC from requirements, coding, testing, to deployment (CI/CD).
Write and maintain unit/integration tests (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
Collaborate with teams to handle high-traffic scenarios and ensure smooth releases.Skills & Experience Were Looking For
Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, Hooks, Context API, useMemo/useCallback.
Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, microservices.
Proven skills in backend performance tuning (caching, async/await, clustering, load balancing).
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases & caching solutions (Redis).
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).
Strong experience with unit/integration testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
Cloud exposure (AWS / GCP / Azure) is a plus.
Excellent communication & team leadership skills.
