Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: PAN India-hybrid model
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong technical expertise in Workday Studio and integration tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations, while providing technical leadership and mentoring analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Lead cross-functional integration projects from concept to deployment, ensuring delivery within timelines.
- Manage integration priorities, resources, and project schedules effectively.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain complex reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
- Develop end-to-end connectors and implement complex XSLT transformations.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to analysts and team members.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to design enhancements and resolve production issues.
- Document integration designs, configurations, and processes thoroughly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations in production.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Integrations.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Workday Studio (mandatory).
- Proficiency in EIB, Core Connectors, Payroll Integrations.
- Solid experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports).
- Experience building end-to-end connectors and working with complex transformations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Workday Integration Certification.
