Job Description
We are looking for a GCP Data Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable data pipelines and modern cloud technologies. The role involves designing, optimizing, and managing data solutions for business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines on GCP.
- Optimize SQL queries and ensure high-performance data processing.
- Work with Big Query, Airflow, Dataflow for pipeline orchestration.
- Implement ETL/ELT workflows and data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable data solutions.
Key Skills Required
- Advanced SQL (query optimization, performance tuning) 3+ Years
- Python programming for data engineering 3+ Years
- Hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with Big Query, Airflow, Dataflow
- DBT knowledge/familiarity (hands-on is a plus)
- Strong background in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and pipeline orchestration
Good to Have
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Kubernetes, Data Fusion, Cloud Functions
- Streaming data pipeline experience (Pub/Sub, Kafka)
