Role


Experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead and manage our hiring efforts across India and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing recruitment processes to attract top talent globally. This role demands a deep understanding of cross-cultural hiring practices, regional compliance requirements, and experience working across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities


1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for India and international regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC).
  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and create talent pipelines.
  • Implement sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, agencies, etc.).

2. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters; provide performance feedback and training.
  • Manage external recruitment partners, agencies, and RPOs in different countries.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience across all geographies.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from JD development to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Optimize and automate recruitment workflows using ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
  • Maintain and analyze key hiring metrics to improve process efficiency (TAT, CPH, sourcing ratios, etc.).

4. Compliance & Diversity

  • Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and regulations in each country.
  • Promote and support DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives in global recruitment.

5. Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with Marketing and HR to enhance employer branding in local and global markets.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, webinars, and industry conferences.

Skills & Qualification


  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 712 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 35 years in international hiring.
  • Proven success in hiring across functions: tech, sales, operations, corporate roles, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and global hiring laws, visa processes, and talent trends.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms; proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
