Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with users via WhatsApp, in-app chat, and social media.

* Understand user needs and convert conversations into sales.

* Build trust and guide users through smooth transactions.

* Recommend services based on user preferences and behavior.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and share feedback to improve offerings.

Requirements:

* Excellent written communication in Hindi (mandatory) and English.

* 0-1 year experience in chat-based sales or support preferred.

* Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

* Goal-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setup.
