Job Title: Technical Project Manager (3 Openings)

We are hiring Technical Project Managers who can lead and deliver complex IT projects - not just manage timelines, but also understand technology (like .NET, Java, Python) and engage in technical conversations. If you've worked on migrations, system upgrades, or platform transitions, we'd love to talk to you.

• Manage full project lifecycle - planning, execution, tracking, delivery

• Work closely with development teams (.NET, Java, Python)

• Understand technical discussions, risks, and make informed decisions

• Handle application migrations, upgrades, or modernization projects

• Communicate with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure project delivery

• Work in Agile/Scrum or hybrid environments

• 14-17 years of total IT experience

• Strong experience leading technical projects (not just Scrum ceremonies)

• Familiar with development in .NET / Java / Python (or closely worked with such teams)

• Experience with migrations, re-platforming, or legacy modernization

• Able to talk tech: architecture, APIs, databases, infrastructure, etc.

• Prior coding/development experience

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, etc.)
