Informatica Admin @ Diverse Lynx

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure, and maintain Informatica software and infrastructure.
2. Manage Informatica repositories and metadata, including security and access controls.
3. Monitor and optimize Informatica performance, including server resources, database performance, and network connectivity.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica infrastructure, including ETL processes, mappings, and workflows.
5. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for Informatica infrastructure.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for Informatica infrastructure and processes.
7. Provide technical support to Informatica developers, including issue resolution and guidance on best practices.
Requirements:
1. Experience in Informatica administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
2. Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Informatica software, ETL processes, and data integration technologies.
3. Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, PowerExchange, and Data Quality tools.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience with database management and SQL programming.
7. Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and scripting languages.
8. Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices for service management.
