We have an exciting career opportunity in Business Development for our Student Housing vertical.Candidates with 6 months to 3 years with prior experience in Sales/Business Development /Research with good communication skills only may apply. Enclosed are the key duties and responsibilities

1 Reaching out to Campus for University Tie-ups.

2.Working on report preparation for tracking of deals.

3.Working on presentations to be made at the campuses.

4.Working on deal closure by coordinating with Internal

stakeholders.

5. Preparation of notes for senior leadership for deal approval

6. Product brief post closure based on micro-market /customer research.
