Hiring for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-Bangalore-

Core MS Dynamics 365 Modules Knowledge
Experience with core modules like Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance and Operations.
Understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP functionalities.
Customization & Configuration
Ability to customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
Experience with Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps for extending Dynamics capabilities.
Familiar with Business Rules and Business Process Flows
Understanding of security roles, teams, and field-level security
