About the Job:
Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work with international clients in the Intellectual Property (IP) domain. As trainees, you will be trained in the nuances of software product design and development. The program includes comprehensive training, guidance, and mentorship through a mix of classroom sessions, on-the-job learning, and project shadowing. The journey begins with Classic ASP and offers a clear pathway to advance into the latest .NET technology stack.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a trainee software developer, you will be entrusted with following responsibility and accountability.
- Understand the overall concept of the organization, its mission, and its values.
- Demonstrate learning attitude during the various technology, tool & product training with proactive participation
- Learn about the various technologies used within the development team they are part of
- Apply and demonstrate their learnings in active project engagements
- Post training actively contributes to end-to-end software development activity
Must Have
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic knowledge of databases and related concepts.
- Foundational skills in algorithm design and basic coding (in any acquired technical skill).
- Strong analytical skills to assess problems and break them down into manageable components.
- Ability to apply learned concepts in logical and structured approach to solve problem statements and real-world cases.
- Willingness and ability to push yourself beyond comfort zones.
- Proactive, curious, and agile learner with the capacity to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to comprehend/ask questions to comprehend with precise and concise communication skill.
Qualification:
- B.E/B. Tech (CSE, IT)
- MCA
- Full time course recognized by the Central/State Government of India; No part-time or correspondence or distance learning education in degree, 10th or 12th
- Year of passing 2024, 2025
- 60% or 6.0 CGPA scoring - one backlog is permissible till offer stage
- 10th Standard 60% and Above
- 12th Standard 60% and Above
- Age Limit less than or equal to 23 Years
Compensation and Additional criteria
- Salary: As per market standard and fitment
- Service agreement from day 1 of joining
