Job Description
MAS Maximo Developer
Required Skills
Review and update custom Java code for compatibility with the upgraded Maximo Application Suite (MAS) version, addressing deprecated features and methods.
Modify BIRT and other report templates to align with the new data model and Maximo version.
Configure Maximo applications and workflows to support new version features while preserving existing functionality.
Support data migration efforts to ensure integrity, consistency, and seamless integration.
Perform thorough testing and resolve issues to ensure operational efficiency post-upgrade.
Develop, test, and maintain integrations with external systems for seamless interoperability with the upgraded Maximo environment.
Key Responsibilities
Update custom Java code for compatibility with the upgraded Maximo version. Address deprecated APIs and ensure high system performance and maintainability.
Adapt existing BIRT or other reporting templates to reflect changes in the data model and functionality, minimizing disruptions to business reporting.
Configure and optimize Maximo applications and workflows to take advantage of new features without losing current capabilities.
Participate in data migration activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compatibility with integrated systems.
Execute comprehensive testing to identify and resolve system issues post-upgrade, reducing downtime and improving user experience.
Update and test interfaces with external systems, ensuring data flows remain accurate and secure.
Triage and resolve issues logged in JIRA, maintaining high standards for system quality and user satisfaction.
