Position: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Chennai (Hybrid)
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Less than 30 days who are serving NP)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions. The candidate must have strong expertise across AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Generative AI. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to design, develop, and implement intelligent systems, chatbots, and advanced data-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for various business use cases.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks for enhanced LLM capabilities.
- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain applications.
- Build and integrate chatbots powered by AI/ML for customer interaction.
- Utilize Generative AI techniques to develop innovative solutions.
- Write efficient Python and SQL scripts for model training, data processing, and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business requirements.
- Optimize model performance and scalability for production environments.

Qualifications:
