Job Description

Assist in onboarding new vendors on e-commerce platforms
Communicate with vendors for documentation, product listings, and compliance
Coordinate between internal teams and vendors for timely execution of orders and catalog uploads
Track vendor performance metrics (fill rates, return rates, delays, etc.)
Help resolve vendor queries and operational issues
Maintain accurate records of vendor data and agreements
Support in preparing reports and data analysis as needed

Basic knowledge of Excel

Good communication skills

Willingness to learn and explore new areas
