Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager to manage and expand the dealer network in the assigned region. The role involves handling existing dealerships, onboarding new ones, and ensuring business growth as per the organizations objectives.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead dealer expansion activities and manage existing dealerships.
- Assign weekly targets and monitor performance of respective dealers.
- Execute sales & warranty schemes planned with SM/ZM to increase volumes and revenue.
- Drive walk-ins and improve conversion ratios across dealerships.
- Support dealers in executing marketing initiatives and evaluate effectiveness.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the automobile industry.
- 3+ years of experience in dealer management / sales.
- Strong domain knowledge of the automobile industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
