Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of
Indian accounng standards, GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate nancial records, preparing tax returns,
and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilies:
Accounng:
Maintain day-to-day accounng records in Zoho
Prepare and manage general ledger entries, bank reconciliaons, and journal
vouchers.
Handle accounts payable and receivable funcons.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual nancial closings.
Generate MIS reports for management review.
Taxaon:
Prepare and le monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
Reconcile GST input credit with GSTR-2B and books.
GST Refund
Deduct and deposit TDS/TCS as applicable, and le quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q,
26Q).
Assist in preparaon of income tax computaons and returns.
Handle tax assessments, audits, and noces with support from external consultants.
Compliance:
Ensure mely ling of statutory returns: GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, etc.
Maintain compliance calendars and support statutory and internal audits.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualicaons:
Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Masters degree (M.Com/MBA Finance), or
semi-qualied CA/ICWA.
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounng Standards, GST, Income Tax and TDS,
Prociency in Excel, and accounng soware (Zoho is a plus).
Familiarity with government portals like GSTN, TRACES, MCA21, and Income Tax e-
ling.
Strong aenon to detail, analycal skills, and me management.
