Role & responsibilities

• To source LAP files through banks internal and external channels
• To manage a team of HDB right from recruitment, training and sourcing mortgages business
• To achieve mortgages target for the designated area / branches / channels (internal and external) by driving the team towards the productivity benchmark
• To cross sell and source Insurance, CASA, credit cards, FD
• Ensure timely checks are done on health items

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation with background in LAP/HL/Working Capital Sales

Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry

Sales and Influencing Skills, good communication
