What you will learn and contribute to (Key Responsibilities):
- Co-ordinate with customer for Line Feeding Operations in respective area.
- Timely Material Feeding at Line.
- Ensuring Manpower Allocation as per production plan.
- Ensuring No Loss, No Overfeeding of material and No Obsolete Materials balance on line Shortage report communication to buyer and Production team.
- Maintain & update store layout, Maintain store PFEP.(Plan for each part) Reconciliation (receipt reco) of major commodity like tyre. PCS and GRN of material.
- Ensure storage of material in store as per FIFO.
- Maintain zero damages, flow of material, identification label of material. Conduct 5S audits in every area, flash reports & closure of open points.
- Ensure everyone in your team follows the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI).
- Monitor adherence of safety standards in your area/department Ensuring Conservation of natural resources.
- Ensure to implement new processes and Policies circulated from HO.
Critical Competencies:
- Good in verbal and mail communication.
- Good in using system like ERP or SAP.
- Should be well versed with Store Operation.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Enthusiastic learner who is ready to take up new challenges.
- Should be team player.
Experience:
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or equivalent degree
