Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

Interacting with customers on calls to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

1) Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

2) Manage and resolve customer complaints

3) Taking Customer feedback

Required Skills/Abilities:

Complete day shift job, 6 days working.
Shift Timings: 9am to 6 pm / 10 am to 7pm / 11 am to 8pm
No Transport Facility
Verbal and written communication skills
Listening skills
Problem analysis and problem solving
Customer service orientation

Education Qualifications: -

Graduate
