Job Description

Assist in placing and processing customer/vendor orders on various e-commerce platforms.
Verify order details including product SKUs, quantities, and customer information.
Perform data entry for orders, inventory updates, and product listings.
Support the team in updating product descriptions, prices, and images on marketplaces.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order dispatch and tracking.
Monitor order status and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Assist in preparing basic sales, inventory, and performance reports.
Handle basic customer/order-related queries under supervision.
Learn and adhere to company processes, platform guidelines, and operational SOPs.
