Salesforce Developer Fresher Hiring (2024 & 2025 Graduates)
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Company: Cogent Data Solutions LLC & Souvenir Apps Pvt. Ltd.
Compensation & Commitment
- CTC: 3.6 LPA to 6.0 LPA (based on training performance)
- Training/Probation Period: 6 months with 50% of CTC as stipend
- Mandatory Bond: 3-year commitment (inclusive of training/probation)

Job Overview
We are looking for fresh graduates ready to kick-start their careers as Salesforce Developers. Ideal candidates should have a strong technical base, problem-solving mindset, and interest in CRM and cloud-based development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and implementation
- Write clean, maintainable code and support QA processes
- Collaborate with teams to deliver real-world business solutions
- Continuously learn and adopt Salesforce best practices
Skills & Competencies
- Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming
- Basic understanding of CRM workflows and databases
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive learner with a growth-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer I Certification
- Academic/project exposure to CRM or web technologies
- Active presence on Salesforce Trailhead or similar platforms
