Job Description
Hi,We are hiring HROC resource with 6 months to 2 year of experience.
Job description:
1. Review scanned documents/forms, analyze data and enter data directly into Workday/WFM/SharePoint.
2. Demonstrate accountability to exceeding level of service expectations balancing data quality with speed.
3. Share data back with requestors in an accurate method to ensure data can be reviewed, or corrected. Ensure all issues are identified and communicated in the initial communication.
4. Communicate critical issues and liaison with leadership to ensure timely trouble shooting and resolution.

Requirements:
1. Graduate with 0.6 to 1.5 year of work experience
2. Proficiency in excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools.
3. Good communication and comprehension skills with above average proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
4.Willing to work in Rotational shifts, work during night-shifts and weekends (5 days a Week) including India Holidays, with any two consecutive days as weekly-offs.

Qualification: Any graduate other than B.E/B.Tech
CTC:2.26 LPA(Take home Rs.13,800)
