Job Description
- You will be joining our team as an experienced Automation Testing Engineer. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement automated tests for web and mobile applications using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications by developing and maintaining automation scripts and test cases. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects. You will also be involved in the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Continuous improvement of the automation framework to make it robust, maintainable, and scalable will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to integrate automation testing into the development process effectively. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and have 2-5 years of experience in automation testing for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks is required, along with experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby. Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar tools is also necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential for success in this role.
