Job Description

As a QA Head in the Laboratory department, you are expected to hold a PHD or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent. It is preferred to have additional certification in QA/ISO/NABL/MoEF standards. With a minimum of 15-18 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Environmental Compliance in hazardous waste management, TSDFs, or related sectors, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with hazardous waste regulations, demonstrating excellent leadership, documentation, analytical, and communication skills. You will be required to make analytical decisions within regulatory frameworks, utilize QA tools, manage documentation systems, and oversee audit management. Previous exposure to working in a TSDF (Treatment, Storage & Disposal Facility), incineration, or co-processing unit is highly preferred. This is a full-time position with a remuneration ranging from 25 LPA to 30 LPA. The role requires in-person work at the designated location.
