Job Description
- As a Business Analyst or Solution Designer in the Telecom Domain specifically in Telecom BSS/OSS Service Fulfillment, your role at Infosys entails leading engagement efforts to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to customers. This involves guiding the team through problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment stages. Your responsibilities will include reviewing proposals, offering guidance, analyzing potential risks, and identifying issues in the solutions provided for client business problems. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying change management requirements and suggesting structured approaches for client communication and management of change. A key aspect of your role will be coaching team members, providing subject matter training, and fostering a vision for the team. Motivating and inspiring team members through timely feedback and recognition for high performance will also be part of your duties. You will play a vital role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering top-notch consulting solutions to customers while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes. Your expertise in software configuration management systems, business acumen, cross-industry thought leadership, and awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends will be crucial. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively, are essential for success in this role. Furthermore, your knowledge of industry domains, financial processes for projects, pricing models, client interfacing skills, SDLC, agile methodologies, as well as project and team management experience will be valuable assets in helping clients navigate their digital transformation journey effectively.,
