Job Description
- As an events marketing manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing large strategic internal events and flagship client conferences. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that these gatherings are effective, cost-efficient, and most importantly, memorable. You should be a self-motivated team player who is focused on timely and impactful delivery of all elements of a large event. Your key responsibilities will include having an in-depth knowledge of event marketing, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with Infosys brand messaging and event objectives, understanding the unique goals and target audience for each flagship event, crafting compelling content across various formats to generate pre-event buzz and engagement, developing communication plans to promote events across various channels, and tracking and analyzing event performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, and lead generation. You will also be expected to generate reports to measure the success of events and communication efforts. In addition to the general qualifications, Infosys might look for, you should have experience in managing large-scale technology or industry events, an understanding of current trends in technology and innovation, familiarity with Infosys" key offerings and target markets, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Ideally, you should have a Master's degree in an appropriate discipline, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in marketing preferred.
