We are currently seeking applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Service Now Tech Lead. As the technical owner, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, assigning tasks, and providing necessary technical guidance. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of developers, assigning tasks, and offering technical guidance. - Mentoring and leading the development team. - Collaborating with clients on requirement discovery, designing, and developing solutions for the ServiceNow platform, ranging from feature enhancements to full application suite deployment. - Executing agile sprint-defined development tasks to support release cycles, including development, unit testing, functional testing, and peer reviewing team members" work. - Reviewing design and code per sprint to ensure quality. - Creating and customizing complex workflows and custom workflow activities. - Translating business requirements into technical requirements and development tasks in coordination with clients, Architects, Business Analysts, and developers. - Contributing to and reviewing user stories. - Building and maintaining technical documentation. - Monitoring the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. - Developing a deep understanding of the products we implement and client businesses. - Providing production support and resolving problems under pressure. - Assisting in project estimation. - Participating in Knowledge Transfer sessions with ServiceNow Developers. - Staying updated on new capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform. - Coordinating upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances. - Supporting sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation. - Participating in blueprinting workshops and contributing to documentation and effort estimation. - Supporting the continuous development of training paths for professional advancement within the COE. - Contributing to defining best development and solution practices. - Leading training workshops to share experiences gained across the practice. Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum Qualifications: - Relevant experience in ServiceNow Development. - Demonstrated experience in leading client projects as a technical lead. - Certified System Administrator (CSA) plus one mainline Implementor certifications (CSM / HRSD/ITSM/GRC etc.). - Strong hands-on experience in Java scripting, debugging, and deployment using update sets. - Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, APIs, Service Portal, etc. - Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles. - Strong management, analytic, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, positive outlook, and result-oriented. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Knowledge of Azure DevOps/TFS/Jira/Rally, etc. If you possess the required qualifications and skills and are passionate about making a difference, we invite you to join us as a Principal Consultant in India-Hyderabad on a full-time basis.
