Job Description
- The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for opening the office doors at 8am and closing them at 5pm. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, performing general tasks such as looking up customer information in our system, and connecting them via phone to an office in another location. The ideal candidate for this role should possess good customer service skills, be skilled in using computers and various software applications, and have the ability to think critically. Dependability is a key attribute we are looking for in our CSR. This is a full-time position with the possibility of a contract extension. The expected hours for this role are 40 hours per week, during the day shift. The job location is in Kellogg, ID, and the work is to be conducted in person.
