Job Description
- As a Flight Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout their journey. You will be required to follow all safety procedures and protocols diligently before, during, and after flights to guarantee the safety of all passengers onboard. In addition to safety compliance, you will also play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. This includes assisting passengers with boarding, seating arrangements, luggage handling, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have during the flight. During the flight, you will be responsible for in-flight services such as serving meals and refreshments, distributing reading materials, and promptly responding to any passenger requests or needs to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for all. In the event of emergencies, you must be prepared to respond swiftly and effectively. This may involve assisting with evacuations, providing first aid when necessary, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers under challenging circumstances. As part of your role, you will also be required to offer passenger assistance at various touchpoints such as check-in counters, gates, and baggage claim areas. Your support, guidance, and information provision will contribute to a seamless and pleasant travel experience for all passengers. Ensuring the accurate and safe handling of passengers" luggage is another key aspect of your responsibilities.
