Software Quality Engineer @ Amazon

Job Description

• Simulate new and existing AI Agents, replicating industry-standard and emerging automated interactions with Amazons digital properties
• Identify gaps in our ingress security and bot protection measures through systematic testing and analysis
• Audit and test how agents utilize UX automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, and others
• Develop and maintain testing frameworks capable of detecting and analyzing automated interactions
• Collaborate with security and development teams to implement and validate bot protection measures
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI and bot technologies to anticipate future challenges
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend actionable improvements 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
• Bachelors degree
• Experience in manual testing
• Experience in automation testing
• Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
• Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
