Job Title: Executive Delivery Operations
Location: Pune
Department: Delivery Operations
What we are looking for: We are seeking a results-oriented executive with 0-2 years of experience in the Information Technology sector(services) to join our Delivery Operations team. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing processes, generating efficiencies for delivery teams, stakeholder management, measuring performance, driving continuous improvement, and standardizing processes across the delivery function. This role requires a strategic thinker with good analytical skills and a passion for improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage resource movement and asset management.
Handle cost centre change requests.
Maintain client sheets and ensure compliance training.
Keep internal training data updated and conduct weekly compliance training.
Identify tasks for SOP creation and streamline processes to reduce inefficiencies.
Analyse current processes to find bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
Develop JIRA reports and other dashboards for real-time visibility.
Manage timesheets and handle client contract renewals.
Travel Projections
Foster a culture of continuous improvement with innovative solutions.
Participate in operational excellence initiatives.
Skills and Knowledge:
Good communications skills (written and verbal)
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good presentation skills
Problem solving attitude
Experience in coordinating with different teams and stakeholders
Excellent organizational and management skills
Qualifications:
Masters / B Tech degree in Engginering/ IT or a related field.
