We are looking for a Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience in an agile environment
Notice Period- Immedidate only
Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and collaborate closely with client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, enabling team performance, coordinating with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), and ensuring timely delivery of sprint commitments. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and expectations. Coordinate with the RTE and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and ensure alignment across teams.
- Track and manage sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, and burndown charts.
- Proactively communicate resource needs, availability, and risks to the client.
- Ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and escalate blockers or delays as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process enhancements.
- Maintain and track estimation accuracy, team performance metrics, and project reports.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency within the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through regular updates and proactive engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with at least 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to analyse metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience in resource planning, capacity tracking, and project reporting.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is required; SAFe certification is a plus.
