Job Description
- The HR Ally is an HR consulting firm that offers SaaS-based HRMS solutions integrated with AI-driven automation, focusing on enhancing workplace performance, streamlining recruitment, and delivering tailored HR solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. As we aim to optimize workforce management, we are expanding our tech team to further enhance the capabilities of our HRMS platform. We are currently looking for a skilled Testing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with experience in providing IT support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of applications. Previous experience with HRMS systems would be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities include conducting manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality software delivery, writing and executing comprehensive test cases and scripts, collaborating with developers to identify and resolve defects, performing regression, performance, and functional testing, providing IT support, establishing testing strategies, and staying updated with industry best practices and emerging testing tools. Required Skills for this role include proven experience in manual and automation testing, proficiency in Robot Framework or Selenium, familiarity with development technologies like Django/Python, knowledge of testing frameworks and tools for automation, understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices, experience with HRMS systems, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to provide IT support, and good communication skills. Preferred Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, experience in IT support roles, knowledge of additional automation tools and technologies, some development background, familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
