QA Lead @ Indian MNC

Job Description

You are looking for a skilled QA Automation Tester with 2-4 years of experience to join your team in Hyderabad. As a QA Automation Tester, you will need expertise in Selenium and Java to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts. Your role will involve working in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality software delivery. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium and Java. You will be responsible for performing functional, regression, and integration testing of web applications. Collaboration with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to define test scenarios will be essential. You will also need to identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. Optimizing test scripts, participating in Agile ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to software testing best practices are key aspects of this role. Generating test reports and providing insights on test coverage and defect trends will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in QA automation testing. Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Java for test automation is essential. Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber for test execution, familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git, and API testing experience using tools like Postman or RestAssured are required. Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, SQL for database validation, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are also important qualities for this position.,
