Job Description
- Act as the Solution Architect for SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design scalable solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end solution design, blueprinting, and integration of PP and QM processes with other SAP modules (MM, WM, SD, PM, etc.).
- Provide expertise in Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Process/Discrete Manufacturing, Batch Management, and Quality Processes.
- Guide and mentor functional consultants to ensure delivery quality and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in S/4HANA transformation projects assess, design, and implement next-gen PP/QM functionalities.
- Handle solution reviews, system configuration oversight, and integration testing.
- Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, PI/PO, BTP) for custom developments and enhancements.
- Ensure solution designs meet compliance, performance, and security standards.
- Strong experience in SAP PP and QM modules (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Production Planning (Master Data, MRP, Planning Strategies, Shop Floor Control, Process Orders).
- Quality Management (Inspection Planning, Lot Processing, Quality Certificates, In-process & Final Inspections, Notifications).
- Batch Management & Serialization.
- Deep understanding of integration points with MM, SD, WM, PM, and FI/CO.
- Experience in solution architecture, blueprinting, and preparing functional specifications.
- At least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation experience preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with PP-PI (Process Industry) and advanced manufacturing scenarios.
- Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and Activate Methodology.
- Exposure to MES integration and Industry 4.0 solutions.
