Job Description
- As a Manager, Record to Report at Genpact, you will utilize your strong subject matter expertise in accounting concepts to lead a team of 10-15 individuals. Your role will involve overseeing end-to-end accounting processes and reconciliations. You will work closely with multiple partners to ensure a seamless month-end close and reporting cycle on a monthly basis. It will be your responsibility to guarantee compliance with KPIs/SLAs, supervise the timely implementation of controls, and manage audit deliverables by submitting evidences promptly as per requirements. Building and nurturing customer relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading process update calls with clients when necessary will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this position, you should hold an MBA in Finance or a B.Com degree along with significant work experience. Additionally, candidates with a CA Inter degree and relevant experience in General Ledger are preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel. Experience with various ERP systems such as JDE and SAP is advantageous. This is a full-time position based in India, specifically in Chennai.
