We are currently seeking applications for the position of Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition - Process Administration. The Management Trainee will work closely with the Talent Supply team to attract, recruit, and hire top-tier professionals for impactful roles within the organization. The team focuses on business-aligned sourcing, process efficiency, and strategic collaboration with candidates, hiring managers, and business/HR leadership. **Job Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process - Collaborate with Senior Recruiters to define ideal candidate profiles - Conduct initial candidate phone screenings and document feedback for Hiring Manager review - Coordinate interview schedules - Assist in the offer process - Develop a comprehensive understanding of business function priorities, organizational structure, critical skills, and desired candidate profiles - Support 1-2 strategic talent acquisition initiatives **Qualifications Required:** **Minimum Qualifications / Skills:** - Bachelor's degree - Previous experience in professional recruiting is preferred - Demonstrated customer service skills with a track record of building strong relationships - Ability to effectively engage with and influence diverse stakeholders - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel **Preferred Qualifications / Skills:** - Familiarity with Paradox, PeopleSoft, and SuccessFactors is an added advantage **Job Details:** - Title: Management Trainee - Location: India-Hyderabad - Schedule: Full-time - Education Level: Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent - Job Posting Date: March 17, 2025 - Master Skills List: Operations - Job Category: Full Time Join us at Genpact and be a part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future through talent acquisition and process administration!,
