Overview

Bahwan Cybertek Group is seeking a highly skilled individual for the position of Transact AA Retail Accounts - CMB Functional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing retail account transactions for the company's Cash Management and Banking services, ensuring the highest level of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of retail account transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to streamline processes related to cash management and banking services.
  • Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members regarding retail account procedures and best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners, ensuring seamless transaction processing and service delivery.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to operational processes and controls to mitigate risks and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders to track operational efficiency and account activity.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering:

Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews with business users to collect and document business requirements.

Evaluate and verify requirements for completeness and consistency.

Engage in the requirements phase and work closely with business users to gather their needs.

2. Solution Design:

Create functional specifications, use cases, and process flows derived from the collected requirements.

Collaborate with the technical team to devise solutions that fulfill business objectives.

Ensure that proposed solutions are in alignment with T24/Transact capabilities and industry best practices.

Draft documents outlining functional specifications (in User Stories or Use Case format).

Identify any potential deficiencies in the requirements and communicate with relevant stakeholders to address them.

3. Implementation:

Provide functional expertise in T24/Transact during the implementation stage.

Assist in the configuration and customization of T24 to fulfill business needs.

Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Review test cases developed by the QA team and carry out functional or unit testing of the applications.

4. Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the main liaison between business users and the technical team.

Facilitate communication to ensure all stakeholders are kept updated on project progress and any changes to the requirements.

5. Documentation and Training:

Prepare comprehensive documentation that includes requirement specifications, functional specifications, and user manuals following TIM (Temenos Implementation Methodology).

Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide support after implementation.

6. Support:

Investigate and resolve issues that arise during both the implementation and post-implementation stages.

Offer proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure the success of the project.

Assess changes suggested by the business team and conduct necessary impact analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Banking, or a related discipline.

Technical experience:

Experienced in implementing Temenos T24/Transact core banking modules at an international level.

Strong expertise in key Transact modules such as AA Account, AA Lending, AA Deposits, Customer, Limits, Collateral, and Static tables is required.

In-depth understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements is essential.

Preferably holds T24/Transact product certification on relevant modules.

Previous experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is advantageous.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA (for risk analysis, change request logging, and conflict management) is preferred.

Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is desirable.
