Job Description
Main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and creating protypes Coordinate with the product engineering and development teams to share the prototypes and support product development Perform functional testing to ensure that the product meets the specifications shared Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience Contribute to thought leadership/whitepapers regularly Conduct periodic research to track regulatory changes, identify customer needs and market requirements Analyse the competition and identify the gaps Work closely with delivery team for a successful product delivery Work closely with the sales teams to educate on the product features and benefits Create support and training documents for internal and external users
