Job Description

Overview

Bahwan Cybertek Group is seeking a highly skilled individual for the position of Transact AA Retail Accounts - CMB Functional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing retail account transactions for the companys Cash Management and Banking services, ensuring the highest level of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of retail account transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with various internal teams to streamline processes related to cash management and banking services.
Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management.
Provide training and support to junior team members regarding retail account procedures and best practices.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners, ensuring seamless transaction processing and service delivery.
Monitor and enforce adherence to operational processes and controls to mitigate risks and enhance customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders to track operational efficiency and account activity.
